    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line four, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following:

with the following amendments:

    On page one, subsection 1.1., after the word “Cosmetologists” by inserting the words “(hereinafter Board)”;

    On page one, subsection 1.2., after the word “Authority” by striking out “§30-27-6 and §30-27-16" and inserting in lieu thereof the words “W.Va. Code §30-27-5. Related -- §30-27-6 et seq.";

    On page one, subsection 1.3., after the word “Date-” by inserting “April 13, 2010";

    On page one, subsection 1.4., after the word “Date-” by inserting “July 1, 2010";

    On page one, by striking out the subdivision designation “2.1.1.” and inserting in lieu thereof the subdivision designation “2.1.a.”;

    And relettering the remaining subdivision designations;

    On page one, subdivision 2.1.4., after the word “barbering” by inserting “,”;

    On page one, subdivision 2.1.4., after the word “technology” by inserting the words “or aesthetics”;

    On page four, by striking out the section caption and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“3.2.4 3 Additional Requirements for Certification as an Instructor”;

    On page four, by striking out the subsection designation “3.1" and inserting in lieu thereof the subsection designation “4.1. 3.1.”;

    And renumbering the remaining subsection designations;

    On page five, by striking out the section caption “3.2.4" and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
